Each rent cycle triggers a new workflow case to ensure the resident, owner and property management team complete the necessary steps to collect rent on time. And when the resident is late, the process includes the steps to resolve the matter in a transparent manner.

Communicate

Automated email deployments are triggered throughout the process. Connecting with Propertyware, our process monitors for rent payments to properly trigger the correct message to the correct individual. From resident reminders to owner summaries, the process handles these communications automatically.

Act

It is important to have visibility so you can act accordingly. All actions are tracked for historical preservation which is useful when someone questions if a communication was not received or a step was skipped.

Efficiency

In addition to automating the settlement process, other functionality is available to improve the necessary manual task. For example, the solution integrates with third party services to establish the most efficient driving routes when required to deliver notices in person.
