A struggle for us is managing utility transfers with the resident. Many times, their account is closed before we schedule the transfer, causing unnecessary steps which are costing me time and money.

Can the move out be saved? It costs less money and effort to keep the current resident versus preparing for a new listing. Based on the when and why, the first step is a window to allow you to work with the resident relationship.

Communicate

Automated email communications to the owners and residents ensure all are on the same page throughout the process. The management team is provided regular notifications on all outstanding tasks with priority assignments.

Accountability

Once the unit is vacated, multiple tasks run in parallel including utility transfers, inspections and ledger balancing. The process manages all activities to prevent unnecessary delays preventing lease closure and readying the unit for listing.
